THE STAGES
INVOLVED...
The
first stage is to meet with you to discuss your interests and to look
at the property, with any deeds, documents, photographs or stories that
you may have.
We
then spend one day at the appropriate record centre or archive to assess
the likely extent of records available. There is a minimum fee for this
first stage.
We
then report back to you to discuss what we have found and propose a fixed
fee for completing the research and writing of your house or property
history.
